Lucky Bean, Lucky Nut, Trumpet Flower or Yellow Oleander.

One of Apocynacae.

The flower look like Allamanda but the leaves are narrower, and has small round fruit. (Don't know if can eat or not)

In Thailand, they call that Baanburi.  Many cases, people calls different name for the other color of flower.
