You may find this small flowers any place in Thailand.  Mostly around the flower garden as a low fence.   Parking lot, anywhere.

In Thai, its called needle flower.   
Books says roots of ixoras are used to make a medicine.

Flowers has scarlet, orange, yellow,  pink or white.
